With 'Care' as one of our core values, you can bet we're committed to making a difference in our communities.
And with over 3300 employees in 20 offices across the world, our substantial footprint means we have the skills and resources – and the right attitude – to make everyday better.
We help keep our communities connected, we keep freight and passengers moving, commerce and industries working, families educated and cared for, and we create safe, resilient places and spaces for the community to live, work and play.
We do this through the advice, support and expertise we provide our clients – which all has tangible outcomes. It plays a part in people’s everyday lives – from the moment they wake up, switch the lights on, turn on the tap to brush their teeth, take a shower, and make tea or coffee; to how they get to work, where they spend their workdays, and the places they enjoy leisure time with their families. It also plays a part in the protection of our important ecosystems, coastlines, flora and fauna.
Our support doesn’t stop there. We also work together with a number of community groups, not-for-profit organisations, and our clients locally and globally to deliver outcomes that create positive, lasting change. We have fun participating in team fundraising events such as the Singapore Cancer Society Race Against Cancer, the Oxfam Water Challenge, and Movember. And across the Asia Pacific, support local and national charities and appeals including Beyond Blue, Singapore Children’s Society, Whitelion ASN, Women’s Refuge, and the Salvation Army.

We have a massive opportunity to support humanitarian initiatives. Through pro-bono work, we can provide considerable value to communities in need by helping them meet many basic (and arguably the most critical) needs like water, sanitation, shelter and energy.
