An iconic development in the heart of booming Bangkok

One Bangkok is set to be a fully-integrated district that will be a landmark for the city. With five Grade A office towers, five luxury hotels, three luxury apartment towers and four distinct retail precincts planned, the $3.5 billion development is benchmarking against high-end mixed developments in Hong Kong, London and New York.

One of the priorities for the developers, TCC Assets and Frasers Property Limited, is to deliver the precinct efficiently, ensuring that costs do not escalate while the development takes place. Once it is complete, One Bangkok will aim to meet LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification to realise ongoing cost savings and efficiencies in operation.

One Bangkok will eventually be a focal point for the whole city. The 41-acre site sits directly across from Lumphini Park, the beating green heart of the metropolis, making it a valuable and iconic destination for residents and visitors alike.

Due for completion in 2025, we are working alongside architects KPF and SOM, providing civil and structural engineering, to bring the vision of One Bangkok to life.
