Grab’s exciting new headquarters will provide a collaborative, inviting, green space for its growing workforce.
With Grab's headcount set to pass the 3,000 people mark in 2020, this fast-growing Singapore-based ride hailing app, one of Southeast Asia's greatest tech success stories of recent years, decided it was time to invest in much bigger premises.
Once complete in the 3rd quarter of 2020, Grab's new headquarters will feature two integrated buildings that stretch across 42,310m2, successfully consolidating their four existing offices in Singapore.
It will also house the largest of Grab's seven R&D centres, creating space for the company to offer a growing number of lucrative jobs in artificial intelligence (AI), data science, design, engineering and product management.
Green features, including mid-level sky terraces and numerous communal spaces where staff can serendipitously cross paths, will be highlights for a company set firmly on building a collaborative culture and working together for an exciting future.
The $181 million project, located in the city's One North precinct, will be delivered within a compressed timeframe, before the lease ends on Grab’s current Marina Place head office.
Working closely with the developer, Ascendas Singbridge, and contractor, HPC Builders, we are providing the primary M&E (mechanical and electrical engineering) consultancy for this exciting project.
